Becs, from AR (Lil’ Rock Lady) sent me this piece.
“I saw this senorita top and knew you had to have it. All it needs is some TLC and some margaritas to go with it! The piece is big, but don’t let that get in your way! (Who am I kidding?? You never let that get in your way!!) Check out the colored embroidery too!!”

It’s Thanksgiving Day!! I know I’ve been anxiously awaiting a day of feasting for the past week. Actually I’ve been salivating just thinking about the sandwiches I want to make with all the leftovers…turkey, stuffing, cranberry on a baguette? It’s my yearly tradition!! Before we get to the leftovers, here’s my ensemble for the day!!
Day 362 - Before
Um, a mix of deep, deep purple velvet with a lacy collar – it was perfect! Had a hint of pilgrim, but all I needed was a hat, some tall white socks, and buckled shoes! My favorite part about the dress??

Whoot, whoot!! Hello vintage Scott McClintock from the Jessica McClintock family. I mean, I just couldn’t let this one go. The color, the fabric, the lace…the perfect Thanksgiving trifecta!!

It’s CBS’ The Early Show day and it did take me a bit to figure out what the perfect dress was going to be to wear for the segment!! After trying to avoid whites, reds, blacks, and patterns, my pick was the below.

Hello 80s! It’s been awhile since I’ve visited. So glad to see you again in such green/crinkled/rhinestoned flower form!!

Today’s dress was a doozy!! An elastic edged muumuu?! Can this be true? Haven’t come across one with such a fun neckline yet. Ooh, and but of course the standard single pocket has returned.

I have a fun evening to plan for and this one is going to take me from day to night!
Day 268. 97 days and $98 left to go.
Today’s piece was one that I absolutely adored. The skirt was way too long for me and it was a little too fitted for my tasted. If it’s going to be long, I want it flowy and swishy.
