Today’s costume really just couldn’t be easier to put together!  Everything came from my closet…

…and with the new red hair, all I needed to add were red lips to complete my transformation into my fave animated mom…Lois Griffin from Family Guy!

LOIS GRIFFIN!!!

I don’t have traditional khaki pants, so I made it work with a pair of tan cords I had, a blue cardigan that I subbed for Lois’ bluish button-down shirt, and a pair of tan/cranberry patent flats on my feet!

With the rest of the family in tow, I’m ready for trick-or-treating!!

    did you also get a haircut when you colored your hair.?? Amazing how well your complexion goes with the red hair. did you already have a lot of red tones in it? So many times a person tries a new hair color and it stands out so badly that it was not the right one.

      Ha, no haircut – I just pinned it back :) I had strawberry blonde hair, so going in to the salon I talked to my gal and she said my hair was wanting to be this red!! I’m SO happy with it!

    Red is my favorite color for my hair! I had my husband fooled for a while thinking it was natural… but then as a guy he isn’t all that observant. =) Love all the red haired costumes! Wilma Flintstone would be fun!
