80 Days to Go: Book Update!

So, the time has finally come!!  I get to share with you guys a little piece of what I’ve been working on so hard since last year!  The cover to my book!!

I’m so very proud to say that New Dress A Day: The Ultimate DIY Guide to Creating Fashion Dos from Thrift-Store Don’ts will be hitting shelves and the internets on October 16th, which happens to be the day after my birthday.  It’s crazy because it’s already up on Amazon, which, I’m not going to lie, brought some tears to my eyes.

It still really hasn’t hit me yet, but as the clock continues to count down (80 Days to Go!!), the tingles are getting stronger and stronger!  Fun things to come as the release gets closer, but I just couldn’t wait to share this with you guys!

        I use to own a couple bookstores and many big name authors did this for those that couldn’t make a signing. Always worked well then but that was also 15yrs. ago.

      Aww, amazing!  Yes, we’re working on getting bookplates/etc.  As soon as I have details I’ll let you guys know.  Totally want to make it to Atlanta too – trying to make a stop around the holidays when I’m visiting my family.  I’ll get there lady!!

    ps.  i don’t own a sewing machine and am not at all very handy with a needle and thread but when 4 of my work pants had the hems fall out on the bottom I was inspired by you to fix them myself.  Took a little time but only had to use a thread and a needle and saved about $40 ($10 per pair of pants that needed hemming) by doing it myself.  THANK YOU!!
