Star Spangled Cookies!!
I spent the day at the beach commemorating independence while also cheersing the birth of TJ. We had red, white, and blue cookies not to mention those chocolate wonders above (my contribution!!) to cover all our celebratory bases.

I wore my new top, my straw hat, and a bathing suit which didn’t even get close to the water…only my feet touched the chilly Pacific.

Volleyball nets were set up and there was even a taco stand serving carne asada. Yep, my grub got it’s groove on!
Beach Day!
It wasn’t crazily hot either which was a treat. (I know, I’m SO sorry rest of the country in the triple digits…I wish I could send you all sprinkles of the 75 degrees we’ve got now!) We all got to lay out and veg on towels, catch up with friends and family, read trashy mags, and just enjoy the beauty of the day.
